This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit eugenlupascu.com, fill in one of our forms (on this site, on Facebook or on Instagram), email us or talk to us on a call, and what we do with it.
Who we are
eugenlupascu.com and the EL Media Company ads are run by PREMIUM ADVERTISING SOLUTIONS SRL, a company registered in Romania (Trade Register no. J40/10827/2016, tax ID 36422774), registered office: B-dul Decebal nr. 12, bl. S7, sc. 1, et. 5, ap. 15, Sector 3, Bucharest, Romania.
We are the controller of your personal data. For anything about your data, write to eugen@eugenlupascu.com.
What we collect
When you apply through a form (on Facebook, Instagram or this site):
- your name, work email and phone number;
- your company website;
- your answers about your company: roughly what it makes a month, what a new customer is worth, who closes your deals, and what your software does.
Facebook and Instagram forms are hosted by Meta. Meta may pre-fill some fields from your profile; you can edit them before you send the form.
When you book or join a call with us: your name, email, the time you booked and what you tell us. If you agree at the start of the call, we record it and keep a transcript. You can say no and the call goes ahead anyway.
When you email us: your email address and whatever you write.
When you browse this site: technical data such as your IP address, browser, device and the pages you visit. We use:
- Microsoft Clarity, to see how people use the pages (clicks, scrolling, anonymised session replays);
- a website visitor identification tool, which may match a business visitor's IP and browser data to a company or a public business profile;
- if we add them, Meta Pixel and similar ad measurement tags.
These tools use cookies or similar technologies. Where the law requires it, we only load them with your consent, and you can change your mind at any time.
Why we use it, and on what legal basis

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with other advertisers.
Who we share it with
We use service providers that process data on our behalf, under contracts that bind them to protect it:
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — Facebook and Instagram lead forms, ads and ad measurement;
- HighLevel (LeadConnector) — our CRM, where applications, notes and follow-ups are kept;
- Microsoft — Clarity analytics;
- call recording and transcription tools (such as Fathom), and AI tools that help us analyse calls and prepare replies;
- our email, calendar and website hosting providers;
- our accountant, if you become a client.
We may also disclose data when the law requires it.
Transfers outside the EU
Some of these providers are based in the United States or process data there. When data leaves the European Economic Area, we rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
- Applications and contact details from people who don't become clients: up to 24 months after our last contact, then we delete them.
- Call recordings and transcripts: up to 24 months, unless a client contract says otherwise.
- Client data: for the length of the contract, and invoices and accounting records for as long as Romanian law requires (currently 10 years).
- Analytics data: as set by each tool, usually up to 13 months.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- give you a copy of your data;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- restrict how we use it;
- send it to you or to someone else in a portable format;
- stop using it for direct marketing or on the basis of our legitimate interest;
- withdraw your consent, without affecting what we did before.

You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro), or to the authority in the EU country where you live.
Security
Access to your data is limited to the people and tools that need it for the work. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we'll tell people we're in touch with.
